The new C350 model is the latest product addition to the CAERUS series. It provides quality sorting of up to 45,000 UPH for application of wafer frame to Tape & Reel. 100% 6 Sides Optical inspection is available. Fully automated with a fast conversion time to maximise throughput.
The optional module Reel Automatic Changer (RAC) allows for automated reel loading which enables smooth daily run-time. Other machine configurations such as the Dual-Taper or Detaping module are also available.
